This Privacy Policy describes how Motiv ("Motiv," "we," "us") handles information collected through collabswith.com (the "Site"). The Motiv mobile applications are governed by their own privacy policy, presented within the apps.
This Site does not collect health, fitness, movement, or payment information. That information is only collected within the Motiv app, with your explicit permission, under the app's privacy policy.
When you nominate a creator, you're sharing a publicly available social media handle. We use it only to review the creator and, where appropriate, reach out to them about Motiv. We don't tell creators who nominated them.
We use a small number of service providers to run this Site, including our hosting provider (which processes form submissions on our behalf). These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
We keep update-list emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Nomination submissions are kept while relevant to creator outreach. You can request deletion of your information at any time.
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

These Terms of Use govern your use of collabswith.com (the "Site"), operated by Motiv. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. Participation in collabs through the Motiv app is governed by separate terms presented in the app.
The Site provides information about Motiv collabs, lets you sign up for email updates, and lets you nominate creators. It is informational — no purchase, hold, or participation happens on this Site.
Descriptions of collabs on this Site — including holds, refunds, rewards, and bonuses — are summaries. The complete rules for any collab, including eligibility, goal-setting, refund conditions, and reward redemption, are provided in the Motiv app before you join. Where these summaries and the in-app terms differ, the in-app terms control.
When you nominate a creator, you confirm the handle you submit is publicly available and that you're not submitting it to harass or impersonate anyone. Nominating a creator does not guarantee we will contact them or that they will join Motiv.
The Site and its content — including the Motiv name, logo, design, and copy — are owned by Motiv and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on this Site is health, medical, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motiv is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
